Removed DDO, did a quick low level format w/ MaxBlast, then booted to XP. I also again get errors when I try to open any sector within a few 100k of the end. Finally place the drive onto a Promise Controller and everything was fine. Here are the results of several tests I ran. That'll bring the max bandwidth from 133MB per second to 100-110MB per second.

Sadly, while dual-drives now work, the enclosure still only recognizes 128GB of the WD, regardless of whether it is the only drive attached or is in a dual-drive config. In Maximum security mode, the disk can be unlocked only with the User password. I'll move it back to the mobo & turn off the detection. And if it doesn't, can't I get around it with the new IDE card with it's separate bios that does support it?
