Do not close the program and do not answer to the message but start the program a second time and therefore close the error message.. I really like the look of Vista and after paying for it would hate to have to take it out and put XP back on again just because of this. Thanks again the posts. I do not understand why an older version of windows could handle viewing these as thumbnails but the newer vista can not. I have had MANY programs crash out of the install because i didn't select the run as admin option.
