The Quick access page is the shortest route to files you've been working on and folders you often use.... I would imagine you'd have to create a CLSID and register it as a name space, or something to that effect. Once inside I set it to open upon a single click and it was easy from then on. What is the "Intentional Fallacy"? The QuickLaunch bar was a shell feature that came with IE (4, iirc).

When I unpin it, the other five of six Quick Launch icons that I had pinned weeks ago to the Quick Launch Toolbar suddenly appear. December 21, 2009 TR Wow - I can't believe that I spelled "you're" the wrong way. Vista had it there as a toolbar option by default, but not since Windows 7. It just compresses the part of the taskbar where all running and pinned programs are. I am a little leery of messing with my clean install, which has been working just great, until the missing Taskbar icon issue this morning. I cannot thank you enough! This makes toolbars like Quick Launch unusable.
