If you’re suffering from one of these listed problem given above, then now it’s time to test your ram is working proper or not. I've seen cases of all the RAM testing fine through individual/dual setups but when you put all 4 sticks in they throw an error.

They'd run fine in single channel mode, but the second you put them in dual channel mode they spammed thousands of errors in memtest. You should just swap it for another DDR2-667 SODIMM. Please also give us the full CT part numbers off the modules as well as the outcome of the above, and we can proceed from there.
Do I have to do something in the bios to get the 4th stick to work with the others? no error found in chkdsk and RAm test. All four are the same. When in a computer system one of the RAM stick fails to work then its possible the others RAM stick wont work properly and a variety of odd behaviors will start to occur.
If the problem still exists then try to do the above procedure with the other ram and also in the other ram Slot. Personally I have installed 2x2GB Kingston DDR2 667MHZ SODIMM without any issue. A bad memory module (RAM) can cause unpredictable behavior in a Windows system, including the dreaded blue screen of death.
I just checked your computer specs, and it appears from what I read your computer won't support over 1GB per slot. I can't find a somehow full list of mac compatible memory so just try to search if memory you are going to swap with has any positive feedback on the topic. An error (403 Forbidden) has occurred in response to this request. The chips are most likely fine in another machine but not yours.
